Contractor Registration
Contractor registration is available for those wishing to participate in structured post-inspection compliance follow-up and remedial tracking processes.
TESC operates as an independent compliance and verification body. Registration supports participation in follow-up workflows. TESC supports Competent Person Schemes.
What registration means
Registration indicates that a contractor has opted to participate in structured compliance follow-up processes, including remedial reminders, tracking, progression and documented outcomes. It is intended to improve clarity after an EICR has been issued.
Structured follow-up
Participation in post-inspection follow-up communications and remedial tracking workflows.
Compliance visibility
Supporting duty holders with visibility over the compliance period, time windows and completion evidence.
Documented outcomes
Maintaining progression logs from observations toward recorded compliance outcomes.
Important: TESC does not carry out inspection/testing or remedial works. Compliance obligations remain with the duty holder. Registration is a participation pathway for post-inspection follow-up processes.
